Your Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting with the clarification of self-disclosures and data requests.
- Maintaining and updating customer records in our system.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex inquiries.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service processes.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or administrative field or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in German, English proficiency is a plus.
